Our policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items that are unused and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

  1. Message us through the contact form with your order number and a short note about what you'd like to return. You can expect a response within 1–2 business days.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions, including where to send the item.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional business days to post the refund.

  • Please include your order number with any return so we can match it to your purchase.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us right away through the contact form — include your order number and a photo if you can, and we'll sort it out. You won't be asked to jump through hoops.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. We'll email you when your refund has been processed.
