Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. If international shipping becomes available, this page will be updated.
Shipping cost
U.S. standard shipping is free on every order. There are no minimums and no shipping fees at checkout for standard delivery.
Processing time
Ships from our fulfillment partner with tracking. Typical processing 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Tracking
Every order is tracked. Tracking number emailed when your order ships — you can follow your package using the carrier link in your shipping email. See Track Your Order for details.
Delivery time
Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location, and is shown on the carrier's tracking page once your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or something looks off, message us through the contact form and we'll help.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible through the contact form — we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or the carrier marks it delivered but you can't find it, contact us through the contact form with your order number and we'll make it right.
