Track Your Order

Every Furlessa order ships with tracking. Here's how it works:

  1. Order confirmation. Right after checkout you'll receive an order confirmation email.
  2. Shipping email. When your order ships (typical processing 1–3 business days), we email you a shipping confirmation that includes your tracking number.
  3. Follow your package. Track via the carrier link in your shipping email — it takes you straight to the carrier's live tracking page for your package.

Can't find your shipping email?

  • Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from our store.
  • Make sure you're checking the inbox for the email address used at checkout.
  • Tracking can take a little time to show movement after the label is created — if the carrier page shows no updates yet, check back later the same day or the next day.

Still stuck? Message us through the contact form with your order number and we'll look it up for you. You can expect a response within 1–2 business days.
