Welcome to Furlessa. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this website (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. The Site is hosted on Shopify.

Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways. We may refuse service or cancel orders where we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated.

Products

Our products are household tools intended for removing pet hair, lint, fluff, and dust from everyday fabric surfaces. Please follow the usage guidance on the product page, including testing first on a small hidden area when using the product on delicate materials. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in color may occur between screens and the physical product.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we received your order; acceptance occurs when the order ships. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders — for example, where we suspect fraud or where a listing contained an error. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we will refund you in full.

Pricing

Prices are shown on the Site at the time of purchase and are charged in the currency shown at checkout. In the event of an obvious pricing or listing error, we may cancel affected orders and issue a full refund. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be limited by contract.
